I released a pomodoro timer for the Playdate with these, thanks so much! https://play.date/games/pomo-post/

Nice! That's really cool!

Can you add a file to draw the map in the dungeon? Because I think this only draws the map outside.

That's a good idea, if i expand on this pack i will add it, but I can't promise it anytime soon, as im too busy with life, work and other things.

thank you

hope you discount this asset :(

There was just a 2 week summer sale, where all my packs were on discount, next discounts will probably be sometime in autumn sale.

thanks for your information

Amazing!

Hi there, thanks for the asset, could you create a short video tutorial to explain how can we achieve to create maps like the examples using this asset? I am struggling making everything fit properly and it's taking me long, which is making it not worthy for me at least  :(

(+3)

Hey! I'll think about it, im currently also working on a dedicated map maker tool using these assets, so that one might be easier to use, since its not just tilesets(which require some gamedev knowledge usually). But it is still a while away till im finished with it, as I dont have that much time to work on it now

That's great, I am designer and developer and what I find most useful are assets that let me create and design my ideas with ease (something simple but easy to implement), this asset is great but it takes too much time and effort for someone who is not an artist, I hope this helps you when creating your new tool.

Hi! Beautiful asset.
Only have one question, is this isometric or can be used in top-down games?

(+2)

Hey, sorry I missed the comment. Well it's 16x16px square tiles. So it can be used in top-down. Although it could probably be used in isometric too, as some of the buildings are drawn in isometric view. You can see the previews, and that's how it is!

Any chance you could put this under a standard Creative Commons licence like CC-by-SA? The current license makes in impossible to use in open-source games as the right to redistribute is required. Thanks in advance.

(+4)

Hey! No sorry, i won't put it under licences that allow redistribution.

Hello there. Would this asset work with RPG Maker MZ(MV)? Because I read its 16x16 it would work I guess but am not sure

(+1)

Hello!
Im not sure, ive never  used rpg maker, but its a fairly standard png spritesheet of a tileset, so it might work.

hello again, may I use this in my rpg maker game, which is maybe going to be commercial?

I mostly want to use those banners/flags

(+2)

Hey! Yes, they can be used in a commercial game. Only thing you can't do with these assets is resell them separately, for example - reselling them as an asset pack of your own, or in an NFT or something like that.

ok nice, thank you very much :D

Hello, really nice art. Is there some possibility to contact you?

Hey, thanks! You can write to my email aamatniekss@gmail.com. But if you're looking for commission work from me, im currently not available. Thanks!

I'm greatly interested in this pack as is great work!
There could be an option with bigger frames and 32x32 models?

Thanks! Sorry for the late reply, missed the comment,  I dont think there will be 32x32px models,  but you can resize the frame yourself quite easily, by just copy+pasting some parts :) If I do another update of the pack i will include a tileable frame!

Amazing work! But I got a question do you have this pack on natural colors or old paper color only?

Thank you! No sorry, this is only in the paper colour, but it's a good idea, i might recolour it some time in natural colours!

(+1)

That would be fantastic, I would be interested in that version too.

Also, there would be nice if there were "ruined" versions of some objects like houses, castles, dead trees, cut-down trees, etc.

Thanks for the nice work.

Hi,

Awesome !  i like it. Can you make another map like this, but without the pixel style.  I am ready to payment for this :)

Can you contact mi for this.

(+1)

Hey! I only do pixelart

(+1)

Great work! I haven't come with a game idea yet, but I need this NOW. Because it looks lovely.

Thank you!

(+1)

Great work! Is this RPG maker MV friendly?

Thank you! Sadly I don't know, haven't used RPG Maker

HI,

If I buy graphics from you, can I use them for posters for sale?

If it's just posters then yeah.

Do you know what kind of software can I use it with to create awesome maps? ^^

(+2)

Hey! Any drawing software like photoshop will work, but it will require copy+pasting tiles around and stuff. So I recommend pixelart software like Pyxel Edit and Aseprite, because they have great tiling features. P.S i am quite possibly making this into a dedicated tool eventually, so if you're not using it for gamedev, maybe worth waiting for that(although it could be a while till its done)

Tiled Map Editor by Thorbjørn (itch.io)

This is fantastic work!

Much thanks!

Amazing work! :)

Thank you!

Congrats man, looks amazing!

Thank you!

Looks great, I'll be keeping this pack in mind for future projects.

Thanks!

can this be downloaded onto mobile devices?

(1 edit) (+1)

This is not a tool, just art assets. So it's .png images. See the previews of how they look. So while you can download it on phone, without some image editing or game development tool, you wont have much use for it.

ok thanks

(+1)

Amazing work, wonderful style, hope will have the chance to work with this in some future projects.

Thank you!

This looks incredible, I love this aesthetic!

Thank you!

(+1)

I love it !

Thanks :)

(+1)

Love it! Now I just need to figure out how to make something out of it :D

(1 edit) (+2)

Thank you! If you need any help understanding how some tiles or something works, let me know!

P.S Im thinking of looking into if I could make a tool out of this, so possiby might be easier in the future to create with it. But not sure yet if it will be feasible.

Ill look into it, but seems like it wouldnt be possible, with pixel art its too much of a hassle to make something like that work I think.

That looks amazing 🤩
